At the end of each school year, a new-registration process is held to accept students and to re-register current students for the new school year.

Student Attendance, Transfers and Grade Rolls

The office staff will process all attendances, student transfers and correspondences. Items such as monies, letters to the school, out of uniform, student absences, medical notices for readmission to school, permission for early dismissal, etc. must be placed in the Grade baskets in respective classes and sent to the office by 9:00 am .The basket must be collected from the office by 1:00 pm to allow any return information to be distributed.

Students’ attendance and non- attendance will be recorded daily. A note from parents or guardians must accompany late or absent students in order for absences or lateness to be approved.

All children’s attendance and non – attendance must be recorded on a daily basis. A note with the day, date, reason and signature from a parent or legal guardian is required for an absence to be approved.

Transfers

Transfers of students from other schools will only be accepted in the first and second terms. The school shall not accept expelled students to enroll until the time of the student’s expulsion has expired.

A parent or guardian shall indicate on the registration form whether the child was expelled from the previous school. New students will not be accepted in the 3rd term of the school year except under exceptional circumstances where the student and family may have been displaced by e.g. immigration, natural disaster etc.
